I’m getting there

I started low carb and no sugar and the end of July.  I’ve stuck to it and have lost 26 lbs.  it has slowed down but I still want to loose another 20 lbs.  slowly but surely I hope to get there.  I don’t exercise at all would it help to loose more if I did ?

  • Hello! You need to improve the quality of your body. Your weight is water, fat, and muscle. You can lose weight without workouts, but you will lose muscle, not fat. Cardio workouts will help you lose weight.

    Weight loss in a calorie deficit diet occurs with a loss of fat as well as some muscle.

     Cardio 

    Exercise slightly increase the number of calorie you burn.  That means that Cardio or any other type of exercise doesn't do that much when it come to losing weight. 

    Exercise 

    Exercise preserves muscle mass during a calorie deficit.  That is one of it's primary benefits.

    As mentioned, Cardio is important besides eating right. Starting off with 30 mins is a good start. Plus drink a lot of water. How are you holding up?

    Adding exercise on top of what you're doing can never hurt
