Please take the time to educate yourselves about this way of eating. If you want to be successful and make a lifestyle change you need to understand how it works and what you need to do. Just jumping in without any background or knowledge is not wise and you will just be setting yourselves up for failure.

Tracey Well first off you really shouldn’t be snacking. You should try to go at 3-4 hours between meals to allow your insulin levels to come down. If you want to snack, macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, aged cheese, olives, avocado, bulletproof coffee. Some people make fat bombs. I haven’t made those yet.
