Hello Everyone

I am in my 3rd week on slowly going into the Keto lifestyle. I am having a hard time with the macro’s count because I have my Fitbit connected. 
I am fasting everyday for about 14-16 hours. Except my bulletproof coffee. Then I have a couple eggs with bacon. I’m logging all this. Although, today I’ve been pretty active at work and I’m MINUS more carbs etc.... than I should have in a day. What do you do in this situation? 
Any advice Would be appreciated. Looking forward to learning more in this forum.
