Not enough information to give a clear answer, but here are some things to consider.

First, we all respond differently so it just might be your particular metabolism.  Keep the faith and keto on - it will happen.

Next, keep your carbs way down.  Way, way down (less then 10) as this tends to drive ketosis.  Track Total Carbs and not Net as net carbs allow too many things to sneak in to your diet.  Others may disagree, but the cleaner you are the better the results.

No snacks ever.  None.   Results are increase when we pause between meals to let insulin levels go back down.  Snacking between meals (or the notion of ‘several small meals during the day’) keeps insulin levels elevated and that drives fat into storage - the opposite of what we want.  Same applies to desserts.

keep your foods clean and simple; no need for overly processed foods.   Drink plenty of water as ketosis uses more water than sugar burners to process foods, but there’s no need to drink til you’re ill.

You might consider intermittent fasting (IF).  A lot of folks skip breakfast; it’s not the ‘most important meal of the day’ (a marketing ploy invented by Kelloggs over 100 years ago to push their cereals) so by skipping breakfast you can easily get a 18:6 fast (fast 18h; eat 6h).   When we fast and are in ketosis, our bodies need to burn stored fat and that’s where the weight loss comes in.   A three day fast has been very helpful to me.   When in ketosis, you don’t have hunger pains like sugar burners (sugar is an addictive drug so some hunger pains are actually withdrawal symptoms).

last, don’t sweat the small stuff or over-think things.  You do not need to eat all your meals - eat when you’re hungry and don’t eat when you’re not.  I ‘count’ my calories when planning meals, but don’t worry about them after that - sometimes I’m over, other times I’m below.

Oh, and if you haven’t done so, read the ‘learn about keto’ section found in the column to the left and work through the ‘getting started’ and ‘settings’ to make sure your data is accurate.

I know this is somewhat of a scattered answer, but I hope it helps.

Pat F Thank you so much for this detailed answer. I guess, I had been counting net carbs instead of total carbs. I don't snack or eat bad foods at all. My diet is very simple, lots of oil, eggs, chicken, romaine lettuce, broccoli, heavy cream, walnuts, psyllium husk and chia seeds.  One issue is that with all this fat in my diet calories consumed are around 1800 and that's not enough for weight loss :(( Also, it is extremely cold where I am, so my exercise is limited.
