Six more down!
Down six pounds this week. Total of 18lbs in 13 days. Sounds amazing! Just remember there was water weight involved. I also ride my bike for 30-35 minutes a day and have never hit my calories, always been under just because I haven’t been hungry. I always get my macros within my calories right though. I also do IF, been on 18:6 for the last week. But I will say it is still super encouraging to know that I am making progress.
