Regardless of going through the web browser or the phone app - it won't let me add food to mail daily tracker saying that I need an internet connection however I am connected to the internet. Is there something going on with the app?

Help please. I have used this app since August and now it won’t look up any foods for me. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall and it just comes back doing the same thing. I’m so desperate to get it fixed. Any help is appreciated.
