Towe Isles Hot Jamaican patties.
I know that if I treated these to be eaten as intended, they are not Keto friendly. I believe the company says each one has 51 grams carbs. But I had a box in the freezer that had 2 patties left that I bought before starting my Keto diet. I live alone and did not want to throw them away. I heated them up in the microwave and scooped out just the beef filling. Between both patties combined it was a little less than 2 tablespoons worth of filling. I thew the crust away. I assume 99% of the carbs were from the crust and I should be safe eating just that filling for Lunch. Am I correct? Thanks.
