Good morning everyone!
As I am new to the Keto way of life, I am approaching it with both excitement and trepidation!I don’t really know what to expect yet or where this journey will take me but, I look forward to it and a better, hopefully thinner, life! Something that I’m not quite certain about is whether to track TOTAL or NET carbs. Which is the better way to track to see results? Any help is much appreciated!
