Personally , I don't think so . Try not to get stuck in a "meeting goals rut " as it will discourage you . My net carbs was set at 19 daily . It was hard because I love fruit and most are carb heavy . Some days I had 26 - 29 net and 45 total . I still lost .
I hit my goal weight last week and decided to try a maintenance diet and resume some of my favorite foods like Fiber One cereal and melons and apples . Come on , it's summer . I still tracked and was hitting total carbs in 60-70 range with a net of 35-45 . After one week I am still at my goal weight and feel great . A bonus was I am more regular in bowel movements , like I was in pre keto .
That said , I do focus on good carbs from fruit and vegetables . It works for me and may not work for others . Experiment . Good luck .
