Supplement recommendation to lower inflammation?

I’m experiencing a lot of inflammation lately.  I experienced a very stressful 6 months where I gained 15 pounds and never felt good since then.  Any recommendations for supplements that reduce inflammation?  I cannot the turmeric.

  • Well, I was going to recommend turmeric.  Have you considered whether there are foods you are ingesting that cause inflammation? Do some research on foods that cause inflammation.  Could be that your bowel isn’t happy with those foods and it is affecting the rest of your body.

  • Protein, fish oil, creatine, BCAA's, glutamine, proper rest and staying hydrated will all help battle inflammation.

  • I've noticed a decrease in joint inflammation after beginning taking collagen peptides. Just 2 tablespoons of unflavored powder in my coffee in the morning and am good to go.
