My go to for constipation is oral saline solution or a tbs of Epsome salts in 16 oz of warm water with 1 tsp organic lemon juice (same thing, just DIY over store bought.)
Do the research, some basic google time will give you plenty of info on this as a laxative.
The upside.....no carbs...the down side.....you need to plan the time you'll use it cuz when it starts to work( 30 minutes to an hour--the more you move around after drinking it, the faster it will work is my epxeriance)....there needs to be NOTHING..tween you and bathroom!!😲🤪
(OH and it tastes horrid...but choke it down, your guts will thank you.)
For long term to help prevent constipation, I add chicory root to my morning coffee and add inulin to food thru out the day. (You can find both on Amazon)

Cindy I bought some of the equate 100% psyllium husk drink powder from Walmart to help. In the carb manager it say 10net carbs but it has 12g of fiber. Trying to figure out if this is right. I thought u subtract fiber from carbs to get net carbs but it’s adding it to my net carb count. Any info would be helpful I don’t want to go over my carb count.

hi Kenni! I’m sorry for the late reply. My daughter and her family was visiting from out of state. If you want to change or set carb manager for net cars or adjusted net carbs go to “getting started” it’s right below “settings” on the left menu. Then it should be the the first setting under basic setup and choose the setting you want. Net carbs will subtract fiber and alcohol sugars from your total carbs. If you choose adjusted net carbs the app will subtract fiber and half of alcohol sugars. It should figure everything for you in the app after you set that. I hope that helps.
