App apparently needs better servers. Cannot access data base.

App apparently needs better servers. Often cannot access the food data base and get error message saying to use cell connectivity instead of WiFi. No matter, multiple apps checked and nothing wrong on my end. Been getting this message at least twice a day. Please fix.
