2 weeks and have not seen the scale move much... HELP!

Hi! I am new to keto I’m trying to lose about 30-40 pounds for my wedding In June 2021... I have only seen the scale move 3lbs since starting 2 weeks ago, I am also not showing I’m in ketosis. I seem to be getting in all my macros except fat, I am lacking! Can anyone give me ideas how to get fats in? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)

Mct oil is awesome for extra fat! No protein or carbs. It’s all fat energy. Mix a tbsp in with coffee in the morning. Once you get the hang of balancing macros add in some intermittent fasting.

I would put virgin coconut oil in my morning coffee and if I needed a bit more I would add some to herbal tea at night.  People have recipes for "keto fat bombs" on the web also.

Kim Miles yes you can. I am over 50 when I started keto last year [lost about 30 lbs] but of course consult with a physician too, especially if you have any health issues.
