Guilt...

After doing so well for the last month I screwed up. I had a slice of pizza for dinner. I feel horrible. Back to square one. ☹️

    I have done this and it really didn't affect my keto much, just do a little more exercise on that day or next.

  • I did this two days ago. I had a cheese enchilada, a couple of nachos and a little rice and beans. I really was feeling terribly guilty and was a little upset at myself but yesterday I just jumped back on and am not looking back. Just keep going, you can do it!

    Don’t feel guilty. I don’t think you can erase all the hard work you’ve put in with one pizza slice. 
    Get back on your Keto routine and just keep swimming.

    just don't let guilt of eating something off diet get in the way of you continuing, because if it does then your guilt wont be for eating something off diet but for stopping your diet completely. Keep going!
