Finally Lost a Pound
I finally lost a pound. I bounced between 221 to 224 after bouncing from 231 to 226 for 6 months. I was stuck at 231 for a whole year before trying the carnivore hack and lost 9 pounds last January. Now I'm finally at 220. It has been a long, hard journey. I used to lose so fast on the original Atkins. I guess I just did that too many times. Now it's a lifestyle and is very slow (I'm 53 and hormonal.)
So I'm trying to sync altogether the Apple Watch, Carb Manager, my iPhone 8, the Keto-Mojo, and Apple Health. Everything is syncing great except for the stats from the lab tests such as my A1c, triglycerides, etc. Are those done manually?
