I’m just on my 6th week, lost 15 lbs, my question is!! I’ve slowed down? Is it normal at this point, I have my macros set to change with weight loss, so I can’t change any of that, can anyone enlighten me please, 🤗
Yes. This is perfectly normal. The first month you lose water weight and after that it is normal to lose 1-2 lbs a week with plenty of stalls/plateaus sprinkled in. Congrats on your success so far!
