We’re always working behind the scenes to improve our app and discover new opportunities to support you in creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

An essential part of this process is getting feedback and learning from those that use our app - that’s you! Our team conducts weekly user interviews and usability studies to understand how we can make the app even better, and we would like to invite you to be part of the process.

By opting in, we’ll occasionally contact you for:

• Short surveys to help us understand your needs (5-15 mins)

• Usability studies where you’ll be able to give us feedback on upcoming and current features in our app (15-20 mins)

• Video calls with our product team so we can understand how you use the app and how it supports your goals (30-45 mins, we’ll give you a gift card for these)

All of these are confidential and optional, and it’s up to you whenever you would like to respond to a study.
