Allulose.. What's everyone's opinion?
Here lately I've noticed more new products containing allulose but it's not showing under the carb counts on foods. I've read it doesn't have calories, and doesn't increase glucose levels. I feel somewhere I'm being lied to haha what's your take on this new sweetener?

Allulose and Erythritol are sugar alcohols.

Allulose is my go to sweetener. I am insulin resistant but not a diabetic.
Natural Stevia drops- no increase in bld glucose (use a drop with Allulose for coffee)I’ve tried Monk fruit - increases my glucose
Swerve=Erythritol also increases my bld glucose.
After a month of checking my GKI 6times a day this is what I’ve figured so far.
I’d give the Allulose a try.
