We’re all alittle different, but typically keto requires more water than non-keto.
as for your diet choices, you can and should load them in to your ‘Meal Planner’ tab (found to the left) so you can see what impact they’ll have. Not sure what your ‘stuffed ham’ was stuffed with, but corn is a big no-no for keto. That alone will probably hurt you a bit, but again, we’re all different.
