Where to get suggested foods??

Hi all, just curious if anyone has used the meal planner tool where the app suggests a weekly plan? Also, if you have where can I get some of this?  I’d like to mitigate costs if possible.

If you have no food markets with healthy choices nearby, there is always Amazon, Thrive Market, Butcher Box, etc.

The good thing about keto is if you don't have "clean" food available where you live you can always do "dirty" keto which is way better than the alternative of the standard american diet.  So I buy eggs, butter, bacon, mixed salad greens, cream cheese, fattier ( and cheaper) cuts of beef and even dark meat.  There are really good youtube videos about shopping on keto.
