Newbie here and struggling :-(
Hi everyone! I am new to keto and this app. I am on day 2 and find myself HUNGRY... not sure if its because my brain knows its not supposed to have certain things so Im hyperfocused on it or what, but I am turning 40 in March and i want to look HOT by then (or hotter). I work at a desk all day and live on Long Island in New York so I dont do a tremendous amount of moving around most days (until I get home and chase my toddler around). Wondering if there are any go-to foods known to kick hunger cravings, I ordered MCT oil and will start adding that to my coffee. Thanks in advance, happy to be here!!!

Be sure to eat enough at each meal, especially your protein and fats. Drink plenty of water, keep up with your electrolytes and try not to snack. Also find ways to distract yourself from food.
The first few days are the hardest, but I found the cravings and hunger went away pretty quickly, at least for me. Stay strong and focused!
