Low carb Sloppy Joes

Brown hamburger meat and simmer with one can Manwich sauce. Makes 6 servings. Melt 2 pieces of land of lake cheese on top. Serve with favorite veggie.

Today’s veggies were Delmonte peas and carrots-1 cup

Lunch for 15 net carbs and 512 calories.

  • Be careful of the sugar content in the Manwich.  You really want to eliminate sugar from your diet so you stop storing sugar which will use that to burn energy. You want to eat lower carb, increased fat and protein so that will help you loose weight faster because you’re burning your fat, not sugar. I hope this helps. Plus you can make your own Manwich sauce which contains no sugar if you use organic, no sugar spaghetti sauce. CM has the recipe for that.
