Macros Question

Hello all, I've been on the keto journey for about a month now and my weight loss has plateaued.  Its been about 10 days.  I have 2 questions:

1) When you add exercising to the app it reduces the calories.  How do I account for what my macros would increase to?  If I add 400 cal burned as a part of exercise, what macros do I increase to make sure I am eating enough.  

2) I've increased the intensity as well as lifting heavier and  my weight is increasing.  Its been about a week but i am still eating a deficit to lose weight.  

 

What am I doing wrong?  What can I change to keep the momentum?
