Stuck

Hello:

 

I have been doing keto for a while now and have lost weight. I always seem to get stuck on the 150 lb. spot and can never really go much below that.

whenever I hit 150 it’s like my weight freezes no matter what I eat, how much I exercise or how low my carbs are. 
 

My goal is 140/145 but I can’t pass that 150 mark!! Any suggestions??

    I think one misnomer is as long as you are eating keto you can eat as much meat, eggs, cheese etc... I don't know if that is what you are doing, but it it will only slow you down and potentially stop you.  The key to ANY diet, or weight loss is burning more than you take in.  Whether that is a calorie deficit, or from working out.  Remember too much protein will cause weight gain just like too many calories.  Keep at it!  You will get there!
