Macros question

Hello,

I am almost at my 2 month mark. I continue to be positive and stick with it even without any weight loss for over 2 weeks now. I have over 60 lbs still to lose. Should I lower my Macros? Lower calories I'm taking in? Can I eat less Fat then my Macros are showing I should have, since I have so much fat to lose? My weight is not moving. I follow things and never go over ANY of my totals, Carb 18g Fat 119g Protein 88g and I stay around 1400-1450 cal per day. I feel good energy wise and am drinking tons of water.  I have a desk job and am able to work out 2-3 times a week.

I am really looking for some good advice on this as I am very determined but still new to all of this. Thanks for all your help and sharing your knowledge! :-)

Just because the numbers on the scale are not moving doesn't mean your not making progress. You can lose inches even when the scale isn't moving.

I'm starting to feel pressure. I've got quite a ways before I hit my goal. I'm trying to no have my life wrapping up in this. I know when I can eat (2pm-8pm) I eat two meals a day and its becoming second nature.  So just be easy in yourself and know your body is adjusting and learning to burn a new source for energy. Your micros look great by the way. Throwing a fast in the mix once in awhile helps sometimes.

While weight loss is a big reason for me starting, getting healthy is also a big goal for me. So giving my body a break and not expecting to be "fixed" over night is a struggle sometimes. Tho I'd love to go get some new, smaller, outfits lol.
