Working from Home
I have been working from home for 3 weeks now. I actually lost 5 lbs. Yesterday was hard, I found myself snacking. I generally don't eat until 11:30. My carbs were under 20 but calories was high. Back on the wagon today. I do much better if I don't start to eat until 11:30. The bad part is I am having to work from my kitchen.

Ooooh I feel this! I’m the same way. I skip breakfast, and generally do like an 18/6 I guess. Sometimes I’ll eat lunch around 1-2, and dinner done by 7 is my new thing. Didn’t happen today but 🤷🏼♀️ I try to ask myself if I’m actually hungry, or bored. And usually it’s bored? Or I’ve conditioned myself to expect something at a certain time. Once I can separate my stomach from my head, it’s easier for me.
