Which keto diet to choose

Hi everyone, 

just wondering if anyone can answer my question, 

ive been on keto now for 6mths now, and had a good weight loss but stalling now,  I’ve been listening to a keto podcast md doctors that believe in keto, they have guest doctors that also believe in it, some are saying that post menopausal women should try a higher protein  ratio rather than higher fat ratio, and to try it if stalling, my question is:

is any menopausal women doing this? And is higher protein for people that exercise a lot???
