My app and Desktop(online) are not connecting with each other?!

Is my app and online desktop login suppose to reflect one another?

    yes. You should be login in with the same username and password that you used for the first time u joined. Be it the website or app

    My online desktop shows Nothing and it's all blank for the imputs, my app is obviously full.
