Hello, how do I access recipes?

If your looking at your wheel starting out, should see up left corner lines-3-4, click that. Scroll down to low carb recipes. 

I want to know too. I get to the recipes section and there is a search bar but I would like to see a list I could browse to find recipes

I think I figured it out. If you click the search but don't put anything in the search bar it comes up with all, I think. I'm on the pc not mobile though.
