You’ve posted this under Keto Chat, so I am going to assume you are following a Keto Diet, sorry you are missing legumes but they are so carb rich they would knock you right out of ketosis. When it comes to green leafy veg definitely net carbs 😀. if you are someone who makes use of any fast foods or Atkins products then total carbs as labelling can be very misleading.
I take 3 magnesium tablets and occasionally also take a tsp of castor oil as well as 2 Psyllium Husks Fibre 500mg tablets ~ constipation is no longer a problem like it was in the beginning month when I could go from one extreme to another.

I also take potassium, zinc, pure C8 MCT oil ( started out on 1tsp and now take 1tbsp) in my first coffee of the day. Feeling good 🙌 but I do remember the terrible constipation stage 😳
* we are all so different, if I can just encourage others to relax about their Keto lifestyle ~ it works for health & weightloss, we can individually tweak it & our macros ~ if you are concerned about them, educate ourselves and learn to listen to our own body, intermittently fasting within our own daily needs this doesn’t need to be a painful experience. 🤗 warm hugs for all of us.
