Dirty keto

I started keto on 9/1/18. I ate clean keto for two weeks, lost 5 pounds, then ate some quinoa and drank some alcohol mid-month. I started eating Adkins bars because I was craving sweets and gained the weight back through September.

I haven’t quit keto because I believe that it’s a lifestyle and I feel good. 

Now that it’s October, I’ve cut out Adkins bars and I’m trying to stick to a clean keto diet. I’m tracking my macros and excited to see some results this month:)
