Whipped CreamCheese & Cinnamon Rollup 5 carbs each
Here is a 5 carb fast and easy sweet nosh to have with coffee or tea. Mix your KETO sweetener of choice with ground cinnamon to you liking. I like it quite dark with cinnamon myself. Place a Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla on a plate and spread 1 TBS of Whipped Cream Cheese covering up to the edges. Sprinkle with the Cinnamon “Sugar” and roll up tightly into a Taquito. Eat as is with your fingers. Delicious treat with a cup of TAZO Chai Organic Black Tea or any tea or coffee you prefer. These are so good I haven’t baked them yet but I think they would be yummy baked too!
