Success within the first 19 days!!! O m g!!!
Hi everyone! My name is Sierra and I have now lost 13 pounds in 19 days on the keto diet!! I can not believe this.
My daily regiment is 1500 calories- 19-23 grams of net carbs / 115 of fat and 85-90 of protein.
I usually drink bulletproof coffee and fried eggs for breakfast with bacon.
A salad with some type of meat for lunch
And low carb vegetables/meat for dinner. (Lots and lots and lots of cheese burgers lol)
I haven’t intermittent fasted consciously yet but omg this is amazing. I never bloat. I never feel shitty after eating.
I AM SO HAPPY EVERYONE!! I would love to hear your stories!!!
