First Check-In

Hi!!  I am new to KETO and feeling pretty good.  I find it hard to get in all my protein and have found adding a protein shake a day helps.  Any more ideas?  Looking forward to seeing how I feel at the end of the week. 👍

  • Protein is in meat, seafood, eggs, cheese,  Greek yogurt, nuts, nut butters, seeds, and even broccoli and Brussel sprouts.
