My doctor told me about this but I have no idea what I’m doing. How do I eat less carbs? I thought I was doing better then yesterday but all the carbs are gone by breakfast
Bop take away the carbs you are having for breakfast. Eggs, bacon, butter, meats, some cheese for breakfast. That’s it. We don’t know what your having for breakfast, so it’s kind of hard to answer your question. If you post, someone here can help.
