Blueberries
I eat blueberries a few times a week, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup in a smoothie. Carb manager says they are not good for Keto, but I read elsewhere that blueberries in a small amount are ok. I am not going to stop using them, but wanted clarification. Thanks everyone. Stay on track and don’t give up.

I've done worse - went for strawberries. Later I've seen they are even low glycemic - which is something that IMHO should count in their favor. I don't know what half a cup even means. I packed 1 kg of them in a week. Those were then about 10g of carbs from a total 60 that I can have. What's wrong with that ?
