New to Keto

I'm new to Keto and so far I feel sluggish and exhausted. I've done my research so I know this will pass, but damn! My goal is to lose 15/20lbs by March 2020 (vacation). I have also starting working out 20-30 mins 5 days a week. Hopefully that help shed these pounds even faster!

  • I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks being strict and hit a huge boost of energy. Good luck to you. It can happen.

    Maegen Silvey how do you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks? How is that even possible?

    so I was almost 300 lbs and I’m guessing it was water weight. I’ve been on keto for a little over a month and have lost almost 45 lbs. and I haven’t exercised at all. Idk what to say I do lose and gain weight very easily though 🤷🏻‍♀️
