Hello everyone !
My name is Elizabeth and I changed my eating habits and began eating healthy approximately 5 years ago. I lost 40 pounds and then life happened.. I lost my father to esophageal cancer, my brother to uncontrolled diabetes/embolism and my second to the oldest brother to complications of liver cancer all within the past 5 years. approx 3 months ago I started intermittent fasting, but thought since I only ate one main meal a day weight would be coming off easily. Well it didn't so approximately 3 weeks ago I decided to weighing and measuring and really sticking to staying under 20 carbs per day while making sure I get really close if not exactly to my protein targets.. I am happy to say I have lost 15 lbs today.. I don't have the sugar cravings like I once did.. I used the free carb manager app, but just decided to get the premium and glad I did.. I look forward to going on this journey with each and every one of you..
