I’m 1 week into this lifestyle change and I was wondering what you all do to get your daily fiber intake?

    For me I eat salads, leafy greens. Romain, Boston lettuce, Baby Spinach, etc. with a high fat dressing.

    Also peppers, mushrooms, avocados, asparagus, celery,  cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, green beans, tomatoes,kale, cucumbers, radishes, artichokes, chia, flax, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans walnuts and coconut.
