Faster BPM comes and goes is this normal?

My resting heart rate is usually 70's, but lately I can feel my heart beating faster and checked it was at 93 BPM's is this normal?  Has anyone else had the same?

  • This is me right now going on two weeks. I salt everything and even supplement electrolytes plus water and it still will jump from 77 to 106! I have an appointment for thyroid labs because I don’t have one and when my levels change I get palpitations.
