It could be a data entry error.  Since users enter the data there's a lot of wildly inaccurate entries.  When I'm having trouble getting a real answer on the app I Google the foods' nutritional value or check the label if it's a packaged food and look for an entry that corresponds.  If you're a premium member you can use the data you've researched to create an accurate entry yourself.

  • My thoughts are that it accounts for absorbed water when cooking. I always weigh my veg before cooking and count the carbs for raw weight. I find after I've steamed my portion of cauliflower that the weight has increased. An identical weight of cooked cauliflower would also contain a percentage of water and less cauliflower per gram of weight.  2 gram of carb does seem a big difference though - I've recently changed my setting on CM to read decimal values, as it was rounding carbs up before, and this has made quite a difference to my carb count 馃槉

4.97 grams per 100 grams. It is very low in carbs and a superfood loaded with vitamins.

one serving with your dinner is perfect. There is no difference between raw and cooked
