You either find some new vitamins or allow for them to fit into your macros. Just starting out I'd advise trying to find an alternative. You're likely to want to spend your macros on more filling meaningful foods. Once established you may find you can fit them into your day. I'm 5 months is and at the end of the day I'm usually less than 10 carbs without even thinking about it. If you'd have asked me 4 months ago I was maxing out my carbs early in the day and still struggling to feel full even meeting my fat macro. Now I need to remind myself to eat. I could fit in a gummy vitamin or two and still be within my macros.
