Help!
Hi All,
My 28th day, I weight once a week - was 119.9 kg and 3 days ago reached 112.1 then being bloating i weighted today after finally going to WC yesterday....I weighted 113.5 kg. I'm under my daily calories - sometimes under 1000 cal. and max. 1200 cal whereas I should eat 1600 as per Keto calculator app. Never had my full fat macros - always under 20 carbs - few days i hit my protein macros. I drink lots of water - cook with unsalted butter - no fancy receipies. Just eggs, meat, chicken and once a tuna can.
what's wrong in my diet, please?

Salt is good. Don’t be afraid of salt. As mentioned above, possibly not eating enough, Keto is a big shock on your body. Maybe try increasing your calories and adding some snacking in between meals and see if you have any better results. Also, weighing yourself daily, as hard as it is not to, isnt a good idea. My personal body weight fluctuates multiple pounds daily, so if I weigh myself daily, I get very discouraged, but the fact I’ve lost 17 lbs over 3.5 weeks is the bigger picture

Thank you All, for 2 days now I'm hitting 1300 cal. But weight is still going up few grams!! Maybe you are all right - I shouldn't go by far below the recommended calories. I'm used IF for a year now and that's why I'm not eating much during the day - no appetite though.
Will keep trying for another week and hope things change better :D
