Keto re- starter
Back on keto, got to day 4 this week & quit. Cravings were soo strong. I tried everything & still felt so hungry. Drank half my body weight of water, met my fat goal & protein, stayed under 20g of carbs, tried mtc oil & green tea, stillll so hungry after eating (even with interment fasting) Was eating @ 1500-1600 calories (275 5’5) upped my calories to 1800, really want to make it work, back at it tomorrow morning.

Hi if you are 275 then I think your calories are set to low which is why you are so hungry. Male wanting to lose weight at 275 should be around 2200, and female 1900 but depends on age exercise , and calories will decrease as you lose weight . Have you entered you weight in setting correctly and let carb manager work out your calories and %
