Started keto 2 months ago, have lost 13 lbs and 30 more to go, loving keto lifestyle, feel great and can control my hunger and cravings for carbs. Problem is my LDL was extremely high. 245 ! HDL 56, triglycerides 157, my doctor wants to put me on a statin drug which I don't want to do, I told Dr. To give me 3 more months with losing more weight and exercise to see if it lowers my LDL. Has anyone had this problem and any suggestions to lower LDL? Thanks !
