When is lo calorie too low?
I have been on keto for four months and have lost 45 pounds. I love the way of eating and can see myself eating this way long term, BUT I am having a real hard time getting even 1500 calories a day. Carb manager has me set at 1600 calories, but with me intermittent fasting most days, I find that I am often below 1500.
I guess my question is, do I need to be eating more? I have hit a weight loss wall and have not lost anything in a few weeks now.

I think the answer is yes. That's just what happened to me. I changed macros setting to next up exercise choice & 1# a week setting. My calories went up 200g. Since Nov 1 I've lost 12#. That's more than I lost last month. I know my body got shocked with the new extra calories so I don't expect to lose that next month. 8# a month would be very good with me.
