Hello it’s a new day
Hi there I have been doing low carb for about 7 weeks. 2 days ago I jumped on the Keto diet and this morning I joined carb manager. I can’t figure out how to get the steps from my Apple Watch (in health app) to show up.
any help? I look forward to this new healthy life and getting to know you

In your health app go to sources and make sure you see carb manager. If you do click it to manage. There you can turn on all data to share with the app or you can pick and choose. If you just want dietary energy (calories) then turn that option on. It will then read from your Apple Watch and report on the app. It appears lower on the main page of foods eaten for the day and will subtract the amount of calories expended. Hope that helps! I’ve tried to load pics but it keeps knocking me out each time and I’ve had to rewrite this three times!!! Ugh
