Websites for keto
I have found a couple great websites for keto cooking. Ketoconnect.org is my all time favorite but just discovered flavcity.com that's good too. You must try the dark choc torte or chocolate chip cookies on ketoconnect. They even have the cookies made with coconut flour as well as almond flour for those allergic to nuts!
