Fairly new to the community needing help and advice!

Hi everyone I am on week 4 and haven’t lost a pound, however I do feel better in my clothes. I stay under 16g net carbs daily and have been having moderate ketones in my urine. Somehow today I am negative I just don’t understand. I eat lots of eggs, bacon, asparagus, broccoli, chicken and red meat at times. Would appreciate any suggestions or thoughts as to why I am getting no where! Thanks in advance!

    sunlover04000dac You will see on the forum that some are not weighing in as often but rather going how their cloths fit. Fat doesn’t weight that much so the scale can be evil to our thought process. Just keep doing what your doing. Weigh in another month or longer. My scale hardly moved for 3 months.
