Read on line, or as I rather do watch u tube videos. There are thousands on keto. My Fav is keto connect but find what you like then watch and learn. It can be confusing at first but gets easier. The best way I found is to chart every thing that goes in your mouth on this app. Then watch your macros. Keep them in balance. Approx. 70% of calories from healthy fats! This keeps you satisfied and feeling full. 25% protein and 5% or less carbs. Drinking plenty of water shouldn't be difficult as you do feel thirsty more but make sure you are getting your electrolytes or you start feeling sick "the dreaded keto flu".
